Hi I’m Vickie your host with Melosong Furnished and I want to introduce you to our newest offering: a renovated property that we call the Regal Tudor. My home has been a welcome pad for traveling workers . It is a beautiful brick home with arched entrances adorned with a seaside theme that makes you say “yes ,I’m staying here.”
This home is only a few minutes from five area hospitals in Little Rock. The neighborhood offers the convenience of the city with a touch of country warmth.

The space
A cool vibe engulfs you from the time you enter your new home. The colors, the furnishings and the amenities all say “welcome to a place of peace”. A comfy living room with space to stretch out is yours to parlay in as you watch the city from the big picture window, cuddle up with a good book on the sofa, crisscross up on the oversized ottoman or listen to the music of your life at the orange table bar.

From the comfy queen sized bed and private bath to the dedicated workspace, your bedroom has been tweaked with thoughtful amenities that make work and rest more enjoyable. The convenient USB ports, dedicated work desk, the PeachSkin sheets, mid plush mattress, room darkening curtains and on suite bath makes this one room a commodity.

Other things to note
There’s absolutely no smoking in the rooms or in the house. Keep work shoes off inside the house. There is a space for work shoes just as you enter the home.

Our neighborhood is a culturally diverse, working class area. White, black & brown people of all backgrounds live, play & work here. We have the university’s sports complex, a community recreation center, beautiful parks, a night club and fitness center within five minutes to help you get that exercise in. There’s shopping and convenience stores including Walmart within a 2 -10 minute drive. Downtown museums and historical district is only 10 minutes away. And the bus route is 3 minutes walking from the home.
