There's no smoking anywhere on the premises... none.
Due to fraud- a pic of your identity and work badge will have to be provided at check in.
Due to extreme allergies no animals are allowed in this shared home at all.
No nakedness outside of your bedroom please. All nudist please do not apply for this rental.
Absolutely no extra people can stay other than the tenant: the house is quiet and not “private enough” for your extracurricular activities.
Roommates must respect each other's sleeping hours at all times (which may vary from the norm since we cater to traveling nurses).
Each bedroom has its own keyless lock code for privacy and security from housemates.
Tidy up after yourself .... after dinner please do the dishes and there is no dishwasher. Feel free to use the dishes and bakeware or use the plastic/paperware provided.
The lawn chairs are in the garage for your use if you'd like to enjoy the backyard under the beautiful tree.
There are cameras that monitor the grounds, entrances and garage. Anyone going in or out is on camera:
Deposits are fully returned only after inspection of the property.
Cleaning fees are non refundable.
Damage deductions to the property will be assessed based on cost to replace /repair list provided
