My place is the perfect spot for traveling nurses and highway workers to unwind. It has a classic urban vibe - a style that is pretty traditional with few little shots of contemporary. If you value your rest but like exploring cultures I really think you'll be comfortable here. Everyone ( friends/family) really likes what I've done with the place. I don't live at the property but I check in often. As a Do it Yourselfer, I'm fond of repurposing things to add flair or uniqueness to the space.

The space
It's unique because it has big comfortable beds and a great layout for roommates. The stylish galley kitchen and living area separate the two sleeping areas. Majestic oak trees anchor the property providing a great place to hangout. Internet USB hubs are in every room and guest can enjoy our lightning fast WiFi.

Guest access
Guest can access everything except:
1. The third room which is My area.
2. The storage closets in the garage.
3. The attic is off limits as well as the crawlspace - probably not interesting anyways.

Other things to note
Hmmm.... let me get back to you on that one. The building beside my home is boarded up and for sale( I'd like to buy it and put a coffee shop/ barber shop there). I have NO CONTROL over this and I hope this doesn't hurt me as a host. I'm renovating the little studio cottage behind my home in the summer to be an Airbnb space also. So in the future there will be another space available soon.

My home is comfortable and inviting but it's not a perfect home. My floors are new but have a few of high spots. My furniture is not modern but well kept and clean.

Due to fraud- a pic of your identity and work badge will have to be provided at check in.

Due to extreme allergies no animals are allowed in this shared home at all.

No nakedness outside of your bedroom please. All nudist please do not apply for this rental.

Absolutely no extra people can stay other than the tenant: the house is quiet and not “private enough” for your extracurricular activities.

Roommates must respect each other's sleeping hours at all times (which may vary from the norm since we cater to traveling nurses).

Each bedroom has its own keyless lock code for privacy and security from housemates.

Tidy up after yourself .... after dinner please do the dishes and there is no dishwasher. Feel free to use the dishes and bakeware or use the plastic/paperware provided.

The lawn chairs are in the garage for your use if you'd like to enjoy the backyard under the beautiful tree.

There are cameras that monitor the grounds, entrances and garage. Anyone going in or out is on camera:

Deposits are fully returned only after inspection of the property.
